Here are some ways to utilize the free night data on android without having to wake up. Some of the service providers like  Reliance offers unlimited night data that is (2:00am to 5:00am), YES! if you  didn't know that yet here you go... but its still tough to wake up at those times.
For all those who are  setting alarms to download files late at night, just stop it and follow my instructions, you will never have to ruin the precious sleep time anymore   .



Download and install the app "ADM" from the app store which is free but still a powerful download   manager for android. 

Open up the app and add a download URL through the "+" button 
  
                                                                                                     Click add on the dialog box..

                                                                                                    The download is now queued.



Now to schedule the download go

to settings then tap on "Planning"

option.

Go ahead and check "Download on

 a Schedule" option, set the start

and stop time.

check the close program option, so

 the app kills after completion.

Now make sure that Planing is enabled in the "Tools" menu.



Yes that's it! Make sure the app is running, now put the phone aside and sleep well.



Your download will be done by the time you wake up, given you have enough internet speed.

For torrent downloads you can use the torrent download manager app FLUD and follow the same procedures to schedule downloads.
